What is not in it

  • No fluoride. No Fluo is made for people who would rather keep fluoride out of their mouthwash.
  • No alcohol. So there is no sting, and it suits people who find alcohol based rinses harsh. The NHS recommends alcohol free mouthwash for people with a dry mouth.
  • No sugar. Stevia is used instead.

Safety: do not swallow. No Fluo contains tea tree oil, which is harmful if swallowed. Rinse and spit it out, and keep the bottle out of reach of children.

Allergies and sensitivities

If you know you are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients above, including any of the essential oils, do not use No Fluo. Peppermint oil can occasionally cause allergic reactions. Stop using it if your mouth becomes sore or irritated, and speak to a pharmacist or dentist if it does not settle.

A note on claims

We list every ingredient so you know exactly what you are using. No Fluo is made to freshen your mouth and leave it feeling clean. We do not claim that any of these ingredients prevents tooth decay or treats gum disease or bad breath, and it is not a replacement for brushing twice a day and cleaning between your teeth.
